Ready to volunteer?
The Portland/Vancouver Chapter of Project Linus depends on volunteers who make and donate NEW, HANDMADE, WASHABLE blankets and afghans. These blankets, lovingly created by volunteer blanketeers, provide love and a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.
In addition, the Portland/Vancouver chapter is looking for volunteers to fill these particular positions:
- Grant Writing/Fundraising:
- Write grants and letters to corporations for chapter fundraising.
- Chapter Scrapbook:
- Record chapter events and keepsakes in scrapbook.
