Ready to volunteer?
The Portland Chapter of Project Linus depends on volunteers who make and donate NEW, HANDMADE, WASHABLE blankets and afghans. These blankets, lovingly created by volunteer blanketeers, provide love and a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.
In addition, the Portland chapter is looking for volunteers to fill these particular positions:
- Grant Writing/Fundraising:
- Write grants and letters to corporations for chapter fundraising.
- Chapter Scrapbook:
- Record chapter events and keepsakes in scrapbook.
